Ethically sourced, custom-cut, Grade AAA crystals. Solid .925 Sterling Silver findings. Strung on professional-grade, Sterling Silver-finished wire.

We believe your jewellery should fit you perfectly. If our standard length + 5cm extender doesn't feel like the right match for your silhouette, we offer a bespoke adjustment service for a small fee of £1 per 1cm of length added.
How to Request a Custom Fit:
- Measure Your Neck: Use a piece of string to measure either the base of your neck or find your desired placement and measure it against a ruler in centimetres.
- Place Your Order: Purchase your chosen piece as normal.
- Email Us: Immediately after purchasing, email crystaldripjewellery@gmail.com with your Order Number and your measurements (cm).
Our studio will then add additional Sterling Silver jump rings to lengthen your extender chain and ensure your Dripp sits exactly where you want it to. We will send you a separate link to settle the adjustment fee before we begin work on your piece.
We stand by the strength of our work. Every piece of Crystal Dripp jewellery is covered by a one-year protection plan from the date of purchase.
What's Protected
Our warranty covers the structural 'build' of your jewellery - including the 49-strand professional Sterling Silver-finished wire and the solid .925 Sterling Silver findings. If your piece experiences a manufacturing defect or structural break within its 12 months, we will repair it - just send it back to our studio!

The Fine Print
Our warranty is a guarantee of craftsmanship, covering the structural 'build' of your jewellery. Please note it does not extend to water damage (don't get them wet!), chemical exposure, or the natural wear-and-tear that comes with a life well-lived.
Because we use genuine, Grade AAA earth elements, these stones are sensitive to their environment. To protect their structural integrity and natural shine, keep your jewelry dry and away from chemicals. A dedicated Care Guide is included with every order to help you maintain your Dripp's frequency.
Dispatch & Delivery
The Process: Every piece is hand-finished and energy-cleansed in our London studio. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared for dispatch.
UK Shipping: We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48h. You will receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves our studio.
Returns & Exchanges
We want your Crystal Dripp to be a perfect match for your energy. If your piece doesn't resonate, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order arrives.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be unworn, in its original packaging, and include the Care Card.
Exclusions: Pieces that show signs of water damage, chemical exposure or wear-and-tear cannot be accepted for return.
Process: To start a return, please email crystaldrippjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and further instructions.
