In the Snail Mail subscription, you will receive:
- Collectable crystal card - a beautifully designed keepsake sharing the essence, energy, and guidance of the month’s crystal
- Journalling prompts - thoughtfully crafted prompts to guide you through the inner work and healing themes of the month
- Channelled crystal message (audio) - a message intuitively received from the crystal, for you to listen to and connect more deeply with its energy
- Heartfelt letter - a letter from Ana sharing her thoughts and reflections from the month
- Oracle card - each card is uniquely and intuitively selected for you, so no two are the same - guided by the universe into your hands as the message you’re meant to receive

Crystal Healing club is sent via regular letter post (untracked) during the first few days of each month, from Portugal. If you live in Europe, letters generally arrive within 1-2 weeks. If you live outside of Europe, letters can take up to 15 business days to arrive. If you haven’t received your letter within 4 weeks of shipping, please reach out via email to crystaldrippjewellery@gmail.com
Crystal Healing Club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. So if you sign up on the 15th of May, you'll be billed on the 15th of June and the 15th of July, etc! If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.
Letters are shipped in the first few days of each month. Sign-ups close on the 28th of the previous month. For example, if you sign up on May 5th, you will receive your first letter at the beginning of June.
You can update your address, payment details, and more at any time through the subscription portal linked in your confirmation email.
