At Crystal Dripp, we want your spiritual tools to resonate with you completely. If it's not the right match, we are here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original Crystal Dripp packaging (including the pouch).

Non-Returnable Items

Worn/Damaged Items: Any piece showing signs of water damage, chemical exposure (perfumes/lotions), or general wear cannot be accepted.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at crystaldripp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

Return Shipping

As a small independent studio, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service (such as Royal Mail Tracked 24/48), as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of faulty items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
