Crystal Healing club is sent via regular letter post (untracked) during the first few days of each month, from Portugal. If you live in Europe, letters generally arrive within 1-2 weeks. If you live outside of Europe, letters can take up to 15 business days to arrive. If you havenโt received your letter within 4 weeks of shipping, please reach out via email to crystaldrippjewellery@gmail.com
Crystal Healing Club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. So if you sign up on the 15th of May, you'll be billed on the 15th of June and the 15th of July, etc! If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.
Letters are shipped in the first few days of each month. Sign-ups close on the 28th of the previous month. For example, if you sign up on May 5th, you will receive your first letter at the beginning of June.
You can update your address, payment details, and more at any time through the subscription portal linked in your confirmation email.
